ca. 200 g bjørnebær
2 dl fløte
1/2 dl vann
1 ts gelatinpulver
2 eggeplommer
vanilje fra 1/2 vaniljestang
ca. 3 ss sukrinmelis
en god neve grovhakket mørk sjokolade

Kjør bjørnebærene i blenderen, eller med en stavmikser. Sil vekk bjørnebærfrøene.
Ha gelatinpulveret i en 1/2 dl vann.
Visp sammen eggeplommer, fløte, sukrinmelis og vaniljefrø. Ha vaniljestangen oppi fløteblandingen.
Varm forsiktig opp under omrøring. Ikke la blandingen koke. Når man varmer opp blandingen under omrøring gjør eggeplommene at røra tykner litt.
Tilsett vannet med gelatinpulveret og rør godt. Fjern vaniljestangen og tilsett bjørnebærene. Rør godt, og la blandingen kjøles ned.
Har du en ismaskin følger du bruksanvisningen for ismaskinen. Mange ismaskiner liker ikke at du har biter av f.eks sjokolade i isblandingen. I såfall strør du sjokolade på toppen etter at isen er ferdig. Hvis ismaskinen din ikke protesterer har du sjokoladen i før du fryser isen.
Har du ikke ismaskin fryser du isen i fryseren. Tilsett sjokoladen, ha isrøra i en bolle og sett i fryseren. Rør om hvert 20. minutt til isen har passe konsistens.
